Rondo Furioso for violin and piano was composed in 2011. The concept of this concert piece is based on the contrast between two contrasting emotional realms, embodying the dynamic, furious energy and the static, contemplative nature. The work has been performed multiple times in Saint Petersburg, including as part of the music-theater project “The Black-and-White Concert” (directed by Arina Saltykova).
The recording of performance by Irina Anastasina (violin) and Alexey Logunov (piano).
