“Through enfilade” and “Quasi toccata” (2012)

for piano

Through enfilade and Quasi toccata (2012) cultivate the same structural principle and expose chains of microevents. In the first piece they are organized in a three-phase form which refers to the architectural principle of enfilade arrangement of three rooms. In “Quasi toccata” the material unfolds against the ultra fast pulsation creating a special type of a rhythmic pedal.
