Alexey Logunov’s Unknown worlds (2023) for violin, live electronics, and interactive video explores the fear of the unknown and the tension between discovery and uncertainty.
The piece was premiered by violinist Marienn Sánchez at the CECM Fall 2023 Concert at Indiana University’s Center for Electronic and Computer Music and has since been presented at the Performing Media Festival 2024, SEAMUS@40 Electroacoustic Fais Do Do 2024, and PdMaxCon25~.
